Our tungsten carbide oscillating blades are engineered as long-lasting replacement knives for AOL CNC digital cutting machines. Pressed from submicron carbide and micro-ground on multi-axis CNC tooling, they hold hardness of 91.5-93.5 HRA, keep their edge through long runs and slit flexible materials smoothly, without burrs.
Every blade is machined to OEM dimensions for a true drop-in fit across AOL tool heads — C, Y, Z and T series. From multi-layer corrugated board and honeycomb panels to composite foams, synthetic leather, apparel fabrics and industrial composites, these AOL digital cutter blades keep sign & graphics, packaging, textile and gasket plants cutting at full speed.
