Serrated Knife for Bag Sealing Machines
On a bag sealing machine the knife does two jobs at once: it cuts the film and it leaves a serration pattern that helps the seal grip. A dull or chipped edge shows up immediately as torn bags and leaking seals. This knife is ground ultra sharp on CNC stations and heat treated to HRC 56-65, so it keeps both jobs done shift after shift.
Wear resistance comes from premium alloy steel and a heat treatment profile that hardens the edge without making the blade brittle – it will not snap or deform even during long high-speed runs.
