Built around European carbon steel, the SE series doctor blade targets high-speed gravure presses, flexo lines and industrial coaters. Its harder temper (630-650 HV) keeps the edge sharp and dimensionally stable even when the press runs flat out.
Ink transfer stays even and streaks, color drift and density variation stay out of the picture. Tuned for solvent-based inks and varnishes, the blade holds its metering quality at web speeds of up to 350 m/min, so long production runs finish on time without unscheduled stops.
